Event Details: “Without Objection, God’s love in the midst of our sinfulness: a Lenten reflection on Romans 5:6-11”
We warmly invite you to a reflective and spiritually enriching Lenten Retreat, focusing on God’s boundless love in our moments of sin, inspired by Romans 5:6-11. Please join us in contemplation, prayer, and renewal.
Led by:
Fr. Frank Buckley, SJ, a Jesuit priest, clinical psychologist, and therapist at Homeboy Industries. Fr. Frank interests include Ignatian spirituality, neuroscience, attachment theory, and brain health.
Fr. Tim Meier, SJ, a Jesuit with a diverse background including graduate degrees in philosophy, immunology, theology, and molecular neuroscience. Fr. Tim has served as a biological researcher, military chaplain, and more. His credentials include S.J., Ph.D., M.A., M.S., M.Div., Th.M.; Former Chaplain (Major), U.S. Army, California Army National Guard; and The Order of California (2018).
Peter Schafer, MSW, holds a Masters of Social Work from USC, and a Masters in Divinity from the Jesuit School of Theology. Peter also works in Spiritual Care at Homeboy Industries. He is an active member of the Corpus Christi and St. Monica communities.
